Arun Anand has been married for several years now, but his wife is unable to conceive. He has an affair with his secretary Kiran, who gets pregnant. He then asks an impotent man Pratap to marry Kiran, sire the child and divorce her, all for a hefty sum of money. Pratap agrees to do so and soon a boy is born. But selfishness creeps in resulting in twists.
